Responsibilities include:
Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office role)
Compensation:
