This is a fu lly onsite operations support role in Clearwater focusing on shipping, tracking, and administrative support for a fast-paced project within a growing healthcare technology environment. This role requires daily in-office attendance and is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, package, and ship ID badges accurately and efficiently. Track shipments and enter data into internal systems. Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory. Assist with labeling, handling materials, and ensuring proper shipment preparation. Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented. Previous shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
