We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Home Care Scheduler to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida! As a Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating office tasks and activities to ensure seamless operations. This includes maintaining positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and office team members, as well as performing various administrative duties.Responsibilities:
- Operates a multi-line phone system to receive and direct incoming calls, obtaining caller's name and purpose of call
- Directs caller (if triage is established), records name, time of call, and nature of call in online software
- May answer basic questions for caregiver applicants or prospective new clients
- May participate in the on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate individual
- Assists with filing duties, clerical tasks, and email correspondence as needed
- Collects and distributes mail and messages
- Inventories, orders, organizes, and stores all office supplies
- Assists in setting up employee orientation and training
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of scheduling and on-call procedures (preferred)
- Customer service skills and phone answering management experience
- Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Knowledge of scheduling software (Axiscare or similar) or CRM preferred
- Knowledge of Social Media and AI a plus
- Well-honed time management skills
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
