Four years of experience in resolving customer service issues or handling high volume of complaints. Must be able to work a permanent or rotating shift schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Preferences Experience with scheduling software is preferred.
