Fine Edge Industries LLC Hallandale Beach, FL Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Computer literacy English Business Administration Construction Management Full Job Description Part-Time Administrative & Operations Assistant Fine Edge Industries LLC - Hallandale Beach, FL Part-Time | 20-25 hours/week | Starting at $16/hour Fine Edge Industries is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing metal fabrication company. We are flexible regarding education and previous work experience. What matters most is finding someone who is eager to learn, improve, take initiative, and understand how the overall operation works. Responsibilities Answer calls and assist with general client inquiries. Monitor and organize emails, RFQs, drawings, and project information. Follow up with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Assist with estimates, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation. Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability. Assist with scheduling, site visits, deliveries, and project coordination. Maintain and update quotation and project tracking systems. Organize project files and company records. Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks. Track pending items and follow up to ensure tasks are completed. Learn and assist with the company's estimating, procurement, fabrication, and project processes. Help identify ways to improve organization and internal processes. What We're Looking For Proactive and willing to take initiative. Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve. Interested in understanding the overall operation, not just completing assigned tasks. Organized and detail-oriented. Reliable and able to follow through. Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities. Professional communication skills. Basic computer, email, Microsoft Office, and Excel skills. Ability to work independently when necessary. English required; Spanish is a plus. Experience or education in business, administration, construction, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field is a plus but not required. Students currently pursuing degrees in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Compensation Part-Time:
Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Starting Pay:
