Position Summary EY Stars Cargo Express is seeking a dependable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to support daily order and shipping activities. This entry-level position helps ensure orders are processed accurately, items are prepared on time, and shipment information is kept up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with routine computer tasks, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Training will be provided on company procedures and systems. Responsibilities Assist with processing customer orders and fulfillment requests. Review order information and verify quantities, addresses, and shipment details. Pick, organize, and prepare items for packing and shipment. Enter and update order and tracking information in company systems. Print shipping labels and prepare basic shipping documentation. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to the appropriate team members. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and operations staff to keep orders moving efficiently. Help identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items and report issues to the appropriate team member. Maintain organized work areas, records, and fulfillment supplies. Perform other routine fulfillment and operational support tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to handle routine physical tasks related to order fulfillment. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable working in a warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environment. Able to manage multiple routine tasks while maintaining accuracy. Professional and cooperative approach when working with coworkers and delivery partners.

Pay:

$22.50 - $23.50 per hour
