Position Summary The Operations Management Program is a full-time development opportunity designed to bring high-potential talent into Lipman Family Farms and build future operational leadership capability across the organization. Participants will gain meaningful, hands-on experience through assignments across Lipman operations based on genuine business needs, organizational priorities, and individual readiness. Rather than following a predetermined rotation schedule, each participant's experience will be individualized, providing exposure to areas where they can contribute, learn, and develop while helping strengthen the organization's leadership talent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent experience; experience in a related field preferred. Early-career professional or recent graduate with demonstrated interest in operations and leadership. Previous internship, co-op, leadership, manufacturing, agriculture, food production, warehouse, distribution, or other operational experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated initiative, drive, accountability, and eagerness to learn. Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to different operating environments. Willingness and ability to travel and/or relocate to different Lipman locations based on business needs and development opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Experience & Responsibility Work in assigned operational roles and locations based on current business needs and development opportunities. Take ownership of meaningful day-to-day responsibilities and contribute as an active member of the assigned operation. Develop a working understanding of operational processes, workflows, performance expectations, and key business drivers. Work alongside operational leaders and frontline employees to understand how work is performed and how decisions affect safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and people. Learn Lipman's operating practices, culture, expectations, and approach to leadership through direct experience. Demonstrate a willingness to work hands-on within the operation and learn the business from the ground up. Business & Operational Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, efficiency, service, or cost. Assist with operational projects and initiatives based on the needs of the assigned location or function. Use data, observation, and collaboration to evaluate operational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Participate in problem-solving activities and follow improvement initiatives through implementation when appropriate. Develop an understanding of how individual operating decisions connect to broader organizational performance. Leadership Development Build leadership capability through progressively increasing responsibility and exposure to different operational environments. Develop effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, and senior leaders. Demonstrate initiative, accountability, adaptability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn. Program Assignments & Mobility Participate in assignments that may vary in duration, location, function, and scope based on business need and individual development. Remain flexible and willing to relocate or travel between Lipman locations as opportunities and organizational needs arise. Transition between assignments as determined by business leadership and program leadership. Adapt quickly to new teams, operating environments, responsibilities, and challenges. Understand that no two participants are expected to follow the same development path. Program Structure The Operations Management Program is intentionally designed to remain flexible.

Participants should expect:

A targeted program duration of approximately 18-24 months, which may vary by candidate and organizational need. Individualized assignments rather than a fixed or predetermined rotation schedule. Assignments based on genuine business needs, development opportunities, and demonstrated readiness. Exposure to different operations, locations, leaders, and business challenges as appropriate. Regular feedback and evaluation throughout the program. Increasing levels of responsibility as capabilities are demonstrated. Consideration for permanent placement based on individual performance, demonstrated readiness, organizational fit, and available business opportunities. Successful completion of the program does not guarantee a specific position, title, location, or career path. The goal is to prepare participants to compete successfully for permanent opportunities where their capabilities align with the needs of the organization. Career Development & Permanent Placement The Operations Management Program is designed to develop future contributors and leaders while strengthening Lipman's bench depth in areas of business need. Throughout the program, participants will be evaluated on performance, leadership potential, adaptability, operational knowledge, initiative, and readiness for increased responsibility. Participants who successfully demonstrate their capabilities may transition into permanent roles within the organization as opportunities become available. Permanent placement will be determined by the needs of the business, individual performance, demonstrated readiness, and organizational fit. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Because assignments may vary, specific physical and work environment requirements will depend on the location and operational assignment.

Participants may be required to:

Work in agricultural, manufacturing, processing, warehouse, distribution, office, and other operational environments. Work in both hot and cold room environments Spend extended periods standing, walking, or working within active operating facilities. Work around production equipment and varying environmental conditions. Follow all applicable safety, food safety, quality, and operational procedures. Work schedules that may vary based on operational needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours.
