Position Summary The Operations Management Program is a full-time development opportunity designed to bring high-potential talent into Lipman Family Farms and build future operational leadership capability across the organization. Participants will gain meaningful, hands-on experience through assignments across Lipman operations based on genuine business needs, organizational priorities, and individual readiness. Rather than following a predetermined rotation schedule, each participant's experience will be individualized, providing exposure to areas where they can contribute, learn, and develop while helping strengthen the organization's leadership talent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent experience; experience in a related field preferred. Early-career professional or recent graduate with demonstrated interest in operations and leadership. Previous internship, co-op, leadership, manufacturing, agriculture, food production, warehouse, distribution, or other operational experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated initiative, drive, accountability, and eagerness to learn. Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to different operating environments. Willingness and ability to travel and/or relocate to different Lipman locations based on business needs and development opportunities.
