Weekend availability is mandatory.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support guests with business services, shipping/receiving, mail, printing, copying, and general site operations.
Location:
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Pay:
$17.02/hr
Driving:
Occasional driving up to 5 miles
Schedule:
7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, or 9 AM-5 PM depending on site needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and reception support. Handle shipping, receiving, mail, and package distribution. Operate copiers, printers, and document imaging equipment. Perform copying, binding, finishing, and quality checks. Use MS Office, email, and document management systems. Assist with meeting setups and general site support.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required. Strong communication and professional presentation skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic computer/MS Office skills. Must have open availability to work weekends as needed. Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
