- Ongoing training and professional development Your Role as Clinical Team Support In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
- Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs
- Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations
- Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes
- Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office role)
Compensation:

- High school diploma (required)
- Prior home health scheduling experience (required)
- Experience in home health administration (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
