Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Election Operations Specialist for a temporary administrative support assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports critical election operations through clerical processing, data entry, document review, voter record updates, and quality assurance. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, records processing, data entry, or quality review experience who want to contribute to an important public sector operation. - Process voter registration applications, election-related transactions, and voter record updates.
- Enter, update, review, and maintain accurate voter and election records in electronic systems.
- Review applications, documentation, and records for completeness, accuracy, and discrepancies.
- Perform quality assurance checks and follow established procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for official records and administrative documentation.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to election operations teams as needed. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate:
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour.Employment Type:

September 21, 2026 to November 10, 2026.Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL.- Assignment area, department, and hourly rate will be determined based on qualifications and operational needs.
- Background screening is required prior to assignment. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process voter registration, Vote-by-Mail requests, voter record updates, and election-related transactions.
- Perform high-volume clerical support, data entry, records processing, and document review.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and identify discrepancies requiring further review.
- Maintain accurate records while following security, confidentiality, and operational procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative, clerical, data entry, records processing, document review, or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to process a high volume of work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a structured environment with strict procedures. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting government, public sector, election operations, records management, or compliance-focused administrative functions.
- Experience reviewing applications, forms, identification documents, or official records for completeness and accuracy.
- Familiarity with high-volume data entry, document indexing, quality assurance, or confidential information handling.
