- Provide non-clinical support, screenings, and recovery coaching in a jail setting
- Engage individuals and connect them to resources before and after release
- Promote self-advocacy, peer support, and long-term recovery
- Serve as a mentor through shared lived experience
What You'll Bring:
- Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (or ability to obtain within 13 months)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of lived recovery experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record Why Meridian?
