+ Roofing is looking for experienced Appointment Setter to join our growing team in the Orlando, FL area. This opportunity is specifically designed for sales professionals who have prior experience in cold calling and are confident presenting solar solutions, handling objections, and closing homeowners. The Outbound Appointment Setter is the first voice a homeowner hears from Windmar. This role places high-volume outbound calls to Florida homeowners in both English and Spanish, qualifies their interest in solar, battery storage, and roof replacement, and books confirmed in-home or virtual consultations for our Sales Consultants. Success in this role is measured in dials, conversations, and — above all — appointments that actually happen and close. This is a phone-first, metrics-driven position. It suits someone who is comfortable hearing "no" dozens of times a day and still dials the next number with energy. Key Responsibilities Outbound calling and prospecting Place 100-125 outbound dials per shift from assigned lead lists, purchased data, canvassing referrals, aged leads, and reactivation campaigns. Deliver the approved Windmar call script with consistency while adapting naturally to the homeowner's questions and objections. Re-engage aged and unconverted leads on a defined follow-up cadence, within Florida's call-frequency limits. Respond to inbound callbacks, web form submissions, and SMS replies within the required response window. Qualification Confirm baseline qualification criteria on every call: property ownership, single-family vs. multi-family or HOA-governed community, roof age, material and condition, monthly electric bill amount, decision-makers present, and homeowner availability. Route each opportunity to the correct vertical — Solar, Roofing, or Battery— and flag combined-scope opportunities, particularly roof replacements required before a PV installation and insurance-driven roof replacements. Disqualify politely and quickly when criteria are not met, protecting Sales Consultant capacity. Appointment setting and confirmation Book appointments directly into the assigned Sales Consultant's calendar, respecting territory and drive-time rules across the assigned Florida service areas. Set clear expectations with the homeowner: who is coming, when, how long it will take, and that all decision-makers must be present. Perform confirmation calls or texts 24 hours prior and reschedule no-shows and cancellations same-day. CRM discipline Log every call, disposition, and note in Zoho CRM before ending the call — no batch entry at end of shift. Maintain accurate contact records, callback dates, consent records, and lead-source attribution. Keep dispositions honest. Inflated or miscoded activity is treated as a performance and integrity issue. Compliance Florida enforces one of the strictest telemarketing regimes in the country and gives consumers a private right of action. Adherence is a condition of employment, not a preference. Place solicitation calls and texts only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone — one hour tighter than the federal window. Never place more than three solicitation calls on the same subject to the same person within a 24-hour period, regardless of the number dialed from. Scrub against both the National Do Not Call Registry and the Florida Do Not Call list before any campaign; honor DNC and opt-out requests immediately and permanently. Confirm documented prior express written consent before any automated-system, prerecorded, ringless voicemail, or text outreach. Always identify yourself, Windmar Solar

+ Roofing, and the purpose of the call. Never use spoofed or misleading caller ID. Never misrepresent pricing, financing terms, tax credits, utility programs, warranty coverage, or insurance eligibility. Quote only what appears in approved scripts and materials. Where applicable, be able to be registered as a salesperson under the Company's Florida commercial telephone seller license. Team participation Attend daily huddles, script calibration sessions, and call-review coaching. Participate in call monitoring and accept feedback constructively. Share objection-handling language and campaign insights that improve team results. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Fully bilingual English/Spanish — able to hold a persuasive sales conversation, handle objections, and close for the appointment in both languages. Language proficiency will be assessed in both languages during the interview process. Clear, confident phone presence. Minimum 2 year in outbound calling, telemarketing, call center, collections, or commission-based sales. Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and rejection; must be able to sustain call volume without supervision between calls. Strong listening and objection-handling skills. Working proficiency with CRM software, dialers, headsets, and basic computer navigation (typing while talking is essential). Availability to work rotating Saturdays and occasional extended-hour campaigns within permitted calling hours. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience in solar, roofing, home improvement, restoration, or insurance — any industry that sets in-home appointments. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or a comparable platform. Working knowledge of the Florida residential market: FPL, Duke Energy Florida and TECO billing, net metering, storm- and insurance-driven roof replacement. Prior experience being paid on a per-appointment or per-sale basis. Working Conditions On-site call center environment. Extended periods seated at a workstation using a headset and computer for the majority of the shift. Fast-paced, open floor with visible performance boards and audible team activity. The WindMar Way Every Windmar team member is expected to work within our five leadership standards: Act With Ownership & Accountability — own your board, your dials, and your numbers. Decide Fast. Deliver Faster. — call the lead back now, not tomorrow. Relentless Improvement — review your calls, refine your pitch, beat last week. Impeccable Agreements — what you promise a homeowner on the phone is what happens. Simplify & Collaborate — hand off clean, complete opportunities to your Sales Consultant. Compensation and Benefits Uncapped per-appointment and per-close incentives. Paid training on Windmar products, scripts, compliance, and CRM systems. Windmar Solar
