Organization Gas Services Business Unit Service North America Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Manager / Team Leader A Snapshot of Your Day As a Service Operations Data Analytics Specialist within Siemens Energy Gas Services North America, you will help business leaders and operational teams turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will be partnered with teams supporting industrial equipment maintenance, field service operations, outage execution, resource coordination, and customer support. Your day may include developing dashboards, automating data workflows, validating information across business systems, and presenting performance trends to stakeholders. Your work will improve service delivery, resource utilization, maintenance planning, and overall business performance. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize operational dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support Central Operations leadership.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive summaries that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Use Snowflake and SQL to access, manage, and analyze large datasets from multiple business systems.
  • Build and maintain automated ETL workflows in Alteryx to streamline data collection, preparation, and recurring reporting processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Snowflake, Salesforce, and other service operations data sources while documenting standard reporting methods.
  • Partner with operations, IT, and global data teams on process improvements, reporting alignment, corporate data governance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within service operations or the energy sector.
  • Advanced experience developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards, querying Snowflake with SQL, and automating ETL workflows with Alteryx.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, KPI development, statistical analysis, trend forecasting, process mapping, and continuous-improvement methods.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, executive presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to translate technical data into clear business recommendations.
  • Relevant Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, Salesforce, or Microsoft Power BI certifications are valued.
