Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive operational excellence across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will manage a variety of administrative, financial, and logistical functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will help foster a productive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Handle bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance Maintain and update daily and weekly job schedules Communicate schedules and job details to field employees Confirm appointments and coordinate changes to schedules Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Assist with estimates, work orders, invoices, and other office paperwork Track job progress and communicate updates to management Help coordinate materials, equipment, and supplies for upcoming jobs Maintain organized customer and job records Assist management with general administrative and operational tasks Ensure the handling of confidential information with discretion while maintaining compliance with organizational policies Support office management activities including supply procurement Experience Proven experience in office administration or operations coordination within a professional environment Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Previous office, scheduling, administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred Construction, painting, cleaning, property management, or service-industry experience is a plus
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
