Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to support our manufacturing operations. The Production Scheduler serves as a key link between the office and the plant floor, making sure paperwork gets where it needs to go, communication flows smoothly, and company records stay accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well with people at every level, and stays calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process, organize, and distribute production paperwork to the plant floor accurately and on time. Respond to, address, and follow up on emails and in-house issues promptly and professionally. Maintain and update company spreadsheets so that production information stays accurate and current. Coordinate with plant floor staff, supervisors, and office personnel to keep production running smoothly. Track open issues through to resolution and escalate concerns to management when needed. Keep files, records, and documentation organized and easy to access. Qualifications Basic computer knowledge, including email and general office software. Basic spreadsheet knowledge in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in person and over email. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once. Schedule Requirements Full-time position. Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed based on production demands. Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or scheduling role.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
