Job Description

Operations & Scheduling Coordinator Job Summary We are looking for an organized, highly energetic Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our daily workflow. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers—managing the lifecycle of a project from the initial schedule to final payment collection. If you love keeping pieces moving, possess great phone etiquette, and have a sharp eye for financial details, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do Daily Schedule & Route:
Coordinate, input, and manage daily job schedules and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Care:
Answer incoming calls, answer customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor, and confirm job details.
Collect Payments:
Check payments, and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
System Management:
Keep our project pipelines clean and updated so the whole team knows what's next.
What We Are Looking For Software Savvy:
Proven experience using Monday.com (or similar project management tools) and QuickBooks (for invoicing and payment tracking) is highly preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication skills over the phone.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a massive plus.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and manage multiple schedules without dropping the ball.
Problem Solver:
A calm, helpful attitude when handling delivery delays or client pricing questions.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
