This role is a critical part of our team — you'll be the point of contact for coordinating schedules across multiple parties and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We depend on this person to show up, follow through, and be someone the entire team can rely on. If you're dependable , thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for organization and communication, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Scheduling and coordinating depositions, mediations, and hearings Communicating and coordinating with courts, court reporters, and mediators Managing and maintaining attorney calendars Serving as a point of contact for clients — following up, confirming appointments, and keeping them informed Tracking deadlines and ensuring all scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly Maintaining accurate records of all scheduled events and communications
