Theme Park Finds is a growing e-commerce and personal shopping business specializing in Disney, Universal, theme park, pop-culture, and small-business finds. We're looking for a full-time Content & Operations Associate to join our team and help with both the creative and operational sides of the business. This is a hands-on position that combines content creation, theme park shopping, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and general administrative support. No two days are necessarily the same! Responsibilities Film photo and video content at theme parks, events, and shopping destinations. Capture merchandise launches, new products, shopping trips, and behind-the-scenes content. Assist with social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Photograph merchandise for website listings and social media. Assist with personal shopping and customer merchandise requests. Receive, organize, and inventory merchandise. Assist with website updates and product listings. Help with additional administrative tasks and company projects as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Comfortable filming content and taking photos in public settings. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media trends. Comfortable learning new software, apps, and business systems. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, including at theme parks. Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise. Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Social media content creation Theme park or Disney/Universal knowledge is a plus, but not required. Schedule Full-time position based in the Orlando, Florida area. Schedule may include weekdays, occasional weekends, theme park shopping trips, special events, and occasional evenings or early mornings depending on business needs. Why Theme Park Finds?
