Job Description

Job description Seeking a charismatic, enthusiastic, true multi-tasker, who will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling, registering new patients, updating demographics, collecting co-payments, treatment plan presentation, financial arrangements, and maintaining full schedules.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette Greet and check in patients in a friendly, charismatic, and professional manner Respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients. Able to oversee patient appointments and scheduling of all doctors Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments. Promote care and appointment opportunities to patients seeking care Maintain flexibility regarding scheduling changes, and communicate changes to patients and staff. Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary Work to maintain complete programs and maintain office schedule flow As necessary, collect and post payments and record receipts Prepare treatment consent forms accurately Schedule treatment production accordingly to office guidelines. Submit preauthorization's for treatment cases. Verify patient copays and dental coverage. Perform all the required paperwork (i.e., patient registrations, referrals, appointment cards, treatment plan, and consent forms). Collect past due balances on the date of service. Present financial policies and arrangements accurately to patients. Facilitate adequate patient flow using the proper callback system. Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks, Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of dental treatments/contracts/financial terms Credit counseling and able to establish collection protocol Act professionally. Schedule will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Experience in the dental field is required.

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
