Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility Full-Time | Weekly Pay A skilled nursing facility, is seeking an experienced Nursing Staffing Scheduler to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate must be a licensed CNA or LPN with at least two years of scheduling experience in a nursing home, long-term care facility, or skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules Ensure appropriate staffing coverage for all shifts Fill open shifts and address call-outs promptly Communicate schedule changes with nursing leadership and staff Track employee availability, time-off requests, and attendance Help prevent scheduling conflicts, overtime, and coverage gaps Maintain accurate staffing and scheduling records Assist with onboarding and scheduling new nursing employees Work closely with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership Maintain confidentiality and follow all facility policies Qualifications Active CNA or LPN license/certification Minimum of two years of nursing staffing and scheduling experience in an LTC, nursing home, or SNF setting Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage last-minute staffing changes in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Experience with healthcare scheduling software preferred Basic computer skills required What We Offer Full-time position Weekly pay Supportive work environment Opportunity to join an experienced healthcare team If you are an experienced healthcare scheduler who understands the staffing needs of a skilled nursing facility, we encourage you to apply.
