Data Center Owners Representative Scheduler (Atlanta, GA)

- Review contractor schedules submitted weekly
- Analyze critical path activities and project performance
- Evaluate schedule health and compliance
- Develop schedule variance and forecasting reports
- Identify delays, risks, and recovery opportunities
- Support multiple active data center projects simultaneously
- Present schedule findings to Amazon Construction Managers
- Monitor milestones, procurement activities, and commissioning progress
- Develop executive reporting and risk summaries
Insight Global is looking for a Data Center Owner's Representative Scheduler to support hyperscale data center construction projects. This individual will act as a scheduling consultant responsible for analyzing and validating contractor schedules across multiple concurrent data center projects. The primary focus of this role is schedule oversight, critical path analysis, forecasting, and reporting rather than developing master project schedules.
The Scheduler will work closely with the end client's Construction Managers and contractor teams to evaluate schedule performance, identify project risks, validate milestone achievement, and provide detailed schedule health assessments throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep Primavera P6 expertise, strong construction knowledge, a Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of construction scheduling experience on large-scale projects
- Expert-level Primavera P6 experience
- Extensive CPM schedule review and analysis experience
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology
- Schedule forecasting and recovery planning experience
- Ability to analyze multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
- Strong construction sequencing knowledge
- Ability to work onsite at assigned project location
- Data center construction experience
- Experience reviewing schedules for owners or owner's representatives
- Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors
- Commissioning scheduling experience
- DCMA 14-Point assessment experience
- Forensic schedule analysis experience
- Time Impact Analysis (TIA) experience
