Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support the daily operations of our commercial department. This role serves as the operational backbone of the team, overseeing budgets, inventory listings, digital assets, client visit coordination, CRM administration, and cross-functional project support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and multitasking are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Track and reconcile departmental budgets, invoices, vendor expenses, and payments while preparing monthly variance reports. Maintain accurate inventory listings across company websites, ensuring pricing, descriptions, and images remain current. Upload, organize, and manage content on the company's YouTube channel, including titles, descriptions, and media assets. Organize and maintain the company's media library, ensuring proper file naming, version control, and accessibility. Coordinate factory and showroom visits by managing scheduling, confirmations, logistics, and client communications. Monitor company merchandise inventory and coordinate restocking as needed. Support finance, registration, and concierge operations to ensure smooth transaction processing from invoice through delivery. Assist the sales team with CRM maintenance, contract administration, and data accuracy. Prepare recurring reports and maintain documentation to support operational performance. Collaborate with multiple departments while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of administrative, operations, or commercial support experience. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), and other digital business tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Experience coordinating logistics, schedules, or client-facing activities is preferred. About the
