You'll serve as a key communication bridge between our customers and our internal manufacturing and warehouse teams, ensuring orders move seamlessly from receipt to shipment. If you thrive in a structured environment, love keeping things organized, and can anticipate the downstream effects of a single change without being handed a step-by-step playbook, this role is for you. Prior office or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment Comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets and data — you don't need to be an expert, but spreadsheets should not intimidate you Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Critical and systems thinking mindset — ability to identify what else is affected when one thing changes Excellent written communication skills; most customer interaction is via email Ability to work effectively with people across different departments, backgrounds, and communication styles Fast and accurate typing skills Self-sufficient and proactive — able to work independently while knowing when to escalate
Preferred:
Experience with purchasing or order management platforms Background in customer-facing coordination roles (account management, member services, operations support, etc.) Familiarity with logistics or supply chain environments
