Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Production Planning/Operations Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations, production planning, material planning, inventory management, and warehouse coordination. This role works closely with the Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure materials, production schedules, and finished-goods shipments are properly coordinated.
Responsibilities Daily Material Planning:
Prepare and update daily material plans based on production schedules, inventory levels, and operational requirements.
Production Planning:
Develop, maintain, and adjust production plans based on customer orders, production capacity, material availability, and changing operational needs.
Material Requests:
Review order and production requirements and submit material, packaging, and other operational requests in advance to support upcoming production.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and reconcile system inventory with physical stock to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Finished Goods & Outbound Coordination:
Track finished-goods inventory and coordinate outbound shipments and stock transfers with warehouse and logistics teams.
Cross-functional Communication:
Communicate daily with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and other teams regarding production schedules, material availability, inventory status, and shipment requirements.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain operational data and Excel reports related to production, inventory, material usage, and shipments to support daily planning and decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Master Preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with production and inventory data. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Experience in solar, renewable energy, or manufacturing industries is a plus. Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills are required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily indoors in an office environment, with occasional work on the manufacturing production floor, where there may be exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
