Front Desk Operations Coordinator A day in the role — Covington, GA 30014 You're the first friendly face our clients see and the calm voice they hear. From welcoming guests to coordinating calendars, you'll keep our front office running smoothly and professionally. What you'll do Warmly greet visitors and clients, setting a professional, welcoming tone. Direct incoming calls to the right team members and relay accurate messages. Oversee visitor check-in procedures and manage gate access with care. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly. Keep the reception and lobby areas orderly, tidy, and guest-ready. Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars to avoid conflicts. Support general administrative work such as data entry and filing. Respond to inquiries and share clear information about our company and services. Track office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory levels. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration coursework or certification is a plus. Experience in reception or a closely related administrative role. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong organization and multitasking; you can prioritize without missing details. Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment. Poise under pressure and a consistently positive, service-first attitude. Keen attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving. Technical proficiency Basic computer skills
