Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Expedite orders by coordinating between kitchen stations to ensure timely delivery of dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to meet high standards of presentation. Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and managing supplies during busy service periods. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Monitor food temperatures and quality during preparation and service to uphold safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures. Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate efficiently with team members and front-of-house staff. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
