Transaction Review Specialist
Duluth, GA Description RemX is hiring a Transaction Review Specialist for a growing company in Duluth, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying errors, and helping ensure transactions are processed accurately.
Location:
Duluth, GA (100% Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay:
$45,000-$47,000/year
Responsibilities:
Review transactions for accuracy
Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections
Research and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile information across multiple systems
Review commissions and identify revenue opportunities
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with operational and financial reporting
Communicate with internal teams and external partners
Support process improvements and quality standards
1+ year of experience in an office, customer service, financial, or operations support role
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Intermediate Excel and computer skills
Experience reviewing data, processing transactions, or reconciling information preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
