Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Coordinator to support day-to-day workforce operations at client locations. This role is responsible for managing temporary staff, ensuring smooth on-site operations, and serving as the primary point of contact between the client and employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on employee engagement, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Client Relations & Onsite Management Serve as the primary point of contact for client supervisors and leadership Manage daily workforce operations to meet production and staffing requirements Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery Workforce Management & Employee Relations Oversee attendance, shift assignments, and daily check-in/check-out processes Address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions Conduct safety orientations and ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures Recruitment & Staffing Support Conduct on-site interviews, screening, and onboarding of new hires Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet client demand Coordinate with recruiting teams as needed Payroll & Administrative Operations Manage timekeeping systems and verify employee hours Support payroll processing and client invoicing Prepare and maintain reports on headcount, attendance, and productivity Onsite Engagement & Quality Control Perform regular walkthroughs on the production floor to monitor performance and attendance Identify opportunities to improve retention and employee engagement Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Prior experience in staffing, manufacturing, or onsite workforce management preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ATS experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workforce Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and production-driven environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations issues effectively Flexibility to support various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Bilingual in English/Spanish or Korean/Spanish preferred
