Job Description:
The Expeditor is responsible for coordinating the timely movement of beverage products through the warehouse and ensuring orders are accurately prepared for delivery. This role works closely with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to resolve order discrepancies, communicate priorities, and prevent shipping delays.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate the timely movement of beverage orders through the warehouse. Verify that staged orders contain the correct products and quantities before shipment. Communicate order priorities and delivery deadlines to warehouse and transportation teams. Identify and resolve missing products, shortages, damages, and other order discrepancies. Maintain accurate order, inventory, and shipping documentation. Ensure completed orders are properly staged and ready for loading. Keep staging and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety, quality, and product-handling procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; additional warehouse, logistics, or supply chain training is preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order-processing environment is strongly preferred. Must be able to read order documents, verify product numbers and quantities, and use handheld scanners or basic warehouse computer systems. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills are required. Prior warehouse supervisory experience preferred
