Job Summary Scheduling Coordinator - Metal Buildings We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Schedule installation crews and coordinate installation dates with customers. Review and confirm orders with customers to ensure all building details are accurate before manufacturing. Verify that the correct metal building is ordered and manufactured according to the customer's specifications. Communicate with customers throughout the installation process and provide exceptional customer service. Read maps and coordinate efficient routes for installation crews. Work closely with manufacturers, installers, and office staff to ensure projects stay on schedule. Troubleshoot problems and find solutions when unexpected issues arise. Follow up on any installation concerns, warranty issues, or customer complaints until a satisfactory resolution is reached. Ensure every customer receives their building correctly and is 100% satisfied with the final product and installation.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Ability to read maps and coordinate schedules efficiently. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once. Experience with scheduling, construction, metal buildings, or customer service is a plus.
