Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in our practice, responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:
Schedule surgical procedures for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with patients, doctors, and staff to schedule surgeries and appointments Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
