Full-Time | Up to $25.00 per Hour | Weekly Pay Our established healthcare organization is seeking a dependable and highly organized professional to support the daily operations of our facility. This position combines front desk responsibilities with scheduling, recruiting support, and new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and confidentiality. What You'll Do Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Answer and route incoming phone calls. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants. Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding activities. Maintain personnel files and employment records. Assist with staffing schedules and administrative reporting. Enter and update information accurately in company systems. Provide general administrative support to department leaders. Handle filing, scanning, copying, and other office-related tasks. Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information. Payroll processing What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, front desk, office support, or scheduling role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and professionalism. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
