Required :
1+ year medical office experience Proficient in
Microsoft Office :
Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skills Customer service mindset — on-the-job training or certificate a plus Able to sit at a computer for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally travel to other WIS sites High school diploma or equivalent; medical admin certification a plus
