Job Description

Bronwick, LLC finds top talent for companies that we admire. Currently, we are searching for a Scheduler / Office Admin for a well-established countertop fabrication and installation company in Savannah. This position is heavily focused on installation scheduling, customer communication, and office operations. The right person will understand how installation schedules work in the construction industry, communicate well with both crews and customers, and help bring structure and leadership to the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules while communicating directly with installers, customers, and internal teams Understand installation timelines and job complexity to properly schedule crews and avoid production bottlenecks Support office operations including customer communication, paperwork, material ordering, and general administrative responsibilities Assist leadership with office management responsibilities, team coordination, and operational organization Work closely with fabrication, installation, and front office staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
REQUIREMENTS
Experience scheduling installation crews or field teams required Construction, countertop, cabinetry, flooring, or related industry experience strongly preferred Must understand how installation timelines vary based on job scope and complexity Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Experience in office administration, office management, HR support, or customer service environments preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
