Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities include: Answering phones and assisting families Scheduling and changing patient appointments Entering patient information into our EMR software Assisting with front office communication and daily administrative tasks Providing excellent customer service to our families and staff The ideal candidate: Is organized and detail-oriented Has strong communication skills Is comfortable learning computer software systems Enjoys working with children and families Works well in a fast-paced team environment Pediatric therapy office experience is a plus, but not required.
