  • Scheduling Coordinator We are seeking to hire a scheduling coordinator to join our office.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for: Online Scheduling Systems Ensures online scheduling tools are accurate, functional, and aligned with firm availability to prevent booking errors and client friction. Client Scheduling Communication Owns proactive client communication for appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Office Capacity & Flow Maintains balanced office capacity by managing appointment density and lead time to prevent overwhelm, underutilization, and scheduling creep. Calendar Management Owns the scheduling, coordination, and confirmation of all advisor and client appointments to eliminate double-bookings, conflicts, and last-minute disruptions. Advisor Calendar Protection Protects advisor time by owning all calendar logistics so advisors can focus on client work without managing their own schedules. Client Annual Review Scheduling Ensures all client annual reviews are scheduled on time, spaced appropriately, and completed without advisor schedule conflicts or delays.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred, no Degree required.
Certifications & Designations:
None required, but any certifications welcome.
Experience:
2-5 Years Preferred, none required.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with scheduling softwares, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools extremely beneficial.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$30,000.00
  • $50,000.
