Business to Business Expeditor Are you a highly skilled and motivated driver looking for a job opportunity? Pioneer Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a Business to Business Expeditor / Delivery Driver to join our team. As a driver at Pioneer Ace Hardware, you will be an integral part of our community-focused brand. Duties will include, but not be limited to; Operating the vehicle in a safe manner in full compliance of all applicable federal and state laws, and applicable Pioneer Ace standards. Process customer orders pick, pull, and pack will call and/or delivery items for customers. Strengthen relationships with existing business customers and increase their purchases Generate sales leads from potential new customers Research quotes and orders Assist B2B Specialist in sourcing of products from vendors Monitor competition's pricing, product assortment, services, fees, and marketing efforts to ensure store's Business-to-Business program is competitive Communication as assigned through phone, email and fax with B2B clients. While on the sales floor, ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the W.O.W. process and by mystery shop standards Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Empower and involve entire store personnel Responsive of safety issues Conscious of shoplifting activity Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management Forklift certification a plus.
