Job Description:
'Ulukahiki Street Kailua Hawaii Scheduling Associate (Home Health) Daily Hours
  • 8 Assignment Length 13 Weeks Shift
  • Days Pay
  • 20•25/hour Description Ensures all Home Health and Hospice patient visits are staffed by employees appropriate for the discipline required for patient care.
Records and communicates schedules to staff. Schedules all new referrals to the appropriate clinician based upon location of the patient and skill of the clinician.
Requirements Education and Work Experience:
High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate?s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Clerical experience: Preferred
