Job Description

Experis is seeking a detail oriented Logistics Scheduler to support manufacturing clients within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement function. In this role, you will develop and maintain production and logistics schedules, coordinate materials and transportation, and ensure on time delivery across complex supply chains. You'll leverage ERP/MRP and logistics tools to analyze capacity, adjust plans, and resolve bottlenecks. Working in Experis' inclusive and collaborative culture, you'll partner with cross functional teams to streamline processes, improve KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Create and maintain daily production and logistics schedules to meet manufacturing and customer deadlines Coordinate materials, transportation, and inventory levels across supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams Monitor schedule performance, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust plans based on capacity and demand changes Leverage ERP/MRP and logistics systems to optimize workflows, ensure accurate data, and improve on time delivery Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to address issues and improve service levels Analyze logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for process and cost improvements Required Skills Production logistics planning Transportation management Inventory control Supply chain coordination ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) Advanced Excel & data analysis Capacity planning & scheduling Vendor and carrier management Process improvement/Lean basics IT systems implementation/support
