Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team! The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling all nursing staff. The Scheduler also performs scanning and uploading of the medical record as it relates to Scenic Manor. This individual will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of all nursing supplies. The Scheduler is responsible for managing the transportation schedule by arranging transportation appointments for residents and communicating such to the drivers.

Responsibilities:

Schedule all nursing staff employees within established budgetary guidelines Scan, upload and manage the electronic health record to maintain accurate medical charts Orders, tracks, and maintains inventory of all nursing supplies and remains within the nursing budget Oversee and manage the transportation schedule, including appointments and ensuring clear and timely communication with drivers

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months of general clerical work experience in the medical records area and familiarity with electronic medical health records. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literate. CNA/CMA certification strongly preferred.
