Program Manager & Scheduler Validus Verification Services, LLC Urbandale, IA Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Productivity software Agriculture Full Job Description The Program Manager & Scheduler is the liaison and point contact for clients and contract auditors. This individual is responsible for coordinating audit schedules between clients and auditors and relay any updates to external and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead client communication and producer meetings Manage contract auditors and track audit schedules and timelines Notify auditors of scheduled audits via emails and phone calls Coordinate with clients on upcoming deadlines and scheduling of audits Notify auditors of changes in audit schedules, biosecurity, and/or timelines Communicate any audit delays or issues with clients and internal team Participate in regular calls with Packers, Industry groups, and certification organizations Attend meetings and webinars to stay abreast of industry updates Answer client and auditor inquiries Source new auditors for program Track auditor performance and client satisfaction for future auditor placement Maintain detailed record of status for each client and escalate any high priority needs Develop and maintain effective, sound, and healthy communication with clients, auditors, and internal and external teams Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Agricultural background and experience Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or related agriculture field and/or 10 years related experience Individual needs to be flexible with their audit scheduling as changes occur with clients Experience with customer service and/or management of contractors Attention to details and ability to track communication Strong ability to provide personable customer service while driving for action with given deadlines Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Exceptional communication skills Strong aptitude for professionalism and courtesy Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning Ability to take direction Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively and efficiently Must have a team player attitude
Supervises:
Staff & Independent Contractor Auditors Physical Requirements Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Able to use standard computer keyboard on a frequent basis. Able to sit for up to 8 hours. Adequate vision to read and analyze reports, emails, and other written documents. Able to hear and understand spoken communications during meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
