Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist - Hybrid#26-08378 West Des Moines, IA Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 3/08/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. This role supports Ariba and PeopleSoft projects by managing the end-to-end supplier setup and maintenance process. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of supplier modifications, analyze risks, and collaborate closely with internal business groups and external suppliers to ensure successful onboarding and transacting in Ariba.

Responsibilities:

Perform high level and end-to-end supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects Answer questions on process to peers, managers, and internal/external customers Troubleshoot escalated andplex questions from internal business groups and external suppliers Prioritize andplete escalations independently Analyze risks in process and document procedures and training requirements to improve performance Manage and work system clean-up projects to maintain a system of record free from error Partner closely with Ariba, supplier contacts, and various SCM roles to ensure suppliers are successfully onboarded

Requirements:

2 years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Ability to work independently as a self-starter, requiring little direction or management oversight Strong collaboration skills Pay range: $20.16 - $28.16 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
