Scheduler

Position Summary :

Responsible for scheduling outpatient radiology services, outpatient registration, and pre-certification of insurance benefits. Answers incoming calls and fields them to the appropriate department or individual. Responds to general outpatient requests.

Position Requirements :

High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable. Must have excellent oral communications in order to solicit information and provide exam preparation requirements to patients and families. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects RUSH's anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
