Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Creative Operations Specialist, where you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of creative projects across various media channels. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to innovative brand experiences. Responsibilities Oversee the entire creative operations process, from project intake to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners to maintain a smooth workflow. Organize and manage project timelines, status updates, and tracking reports to ensure all milestones are met. Support internal meetings by capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups to drive project progress. Identify and escalate potential risks or conflicts to ensure project success. Skills Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or related fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering a collaborative environment. Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Experience in agency or retail media environments is a plus. Familiarity with digital creative development across various media channels. A Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
