As a Production Scheduler, you'll develop and maintain production schedules using ERP and other systems to meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing downtime. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to adjust plans based on forecasts, customer orders, inventory, and work-in-progress, ensuring smooth operations even as business needs change. Your efforts will help support process enhancements and lean manufacturing activities, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for: Creating and maintaining detailed production schedules utilizing ERP systems to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitoring forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and work-in-progress to prioritize production activities. Collaborating with production, planning, quality, and other departments to resolve material shortages and supply chain challenges. Adjusting production plans proactively to accommodate business changes and maintain operational efficiency. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and contributing to lean manufacturing efforts. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 3-5 years of recent SAP experience, specifically in production scheduling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience in a manufacturing environment managing production schedules. A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
