Job Description
ABA Scheduler/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT Certification) The Flex RBT/ABA Assistant Scheduler for In2Great! Pediatric Therapy Services is responsible for managing the scheduling of clients for therapy services, ensuring efficient communication between therapists and clients, scheduling ABA appointments, resolving conflicts, scheduling makeup sessions and handle cancellations. The scheduler will also answer calls, direct messages, and audit schedules. This full-time role is preferably on site working with our BCBA staff to ensure proper treatment plan implementation. This role is a critical part of ensuring that our family and client centered environment is maintained through providing timely communication and friendly customer service daily.
Responsibilities:
Assist with building daily/weekly schedule for clients based on their team of R(BT)s Adjust daily/weekly schedule according to planned and/or unplanned staff/client schedule changes Communicate with R(BT)s when daily/weekly changes have occurred Maintain communication with families to ensure communication of department schedule changes Collaborating with BCBAs to ensure appropriateness of staff/client teams matching Collaborating with the billing team to ensure accuracy with all appointments Collaborating with related services to ensure no gaps in daily coverage Monitoring and document staff/client cancellations Work as an RBT as needed Providing excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner Office Setting, sitting for long periods of time and viewing computer screens Maintaining patient confidentiality Computer skills: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel We are more than just a multi-disciplinary clinic- we are a warm, safe, clean, and collaborative space for staff, children and families!
