- Schedule Development & Maintenance Own the full lifecycle of project schedules from initial build-out through updates using linear and critical-path methodologies within Primavera P6 Apply this across transmission, substation, and clean-energy project types Layer in labor and budget data so schedules stay tied to approved baselines and the broader execution roadmap Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the scheduling point of contact across engineering, supply chain, field construction, and startup/commissioning groups, pulling their timelines into one cohesive plan Analysis & Risk Management Run critical-path reviews and stress-test schedules through scenario planning Track crew and equipment productivity against plan Surface emerging risks early, weigh alternative sequencing options, and pitch fixes before they become delays Reporting Package schedule performance into earned-value data, dashboard-ready metrics, and cash-flow projections for both internal controls teams and senior stakeholders Keep near-term planning current, think 3-week look-aheads and daily/weekly interval schedules while pushing ongoing process refinements Keep all scheduling records audit-ready and aligned to both client contracts and internal policy Background We're Looking For 5+ years experience scheduling utility-sector work, specifically transmission lines and substations Deep, hands-on Primavera P6 skill, especially building out schedules that carry both labor and cost data Prior exposure to linear scheduling methods, big-footprint civil/sitework sequencing, and planning around long-lead-time utility equipment A bit about us:•Do you want to work on the region's most exciting projects AND have a work/life balance?
