Discretionary bonus The Opportunity We are seeking a Project Scheduler to join the team delivering a major 400 MW hyperscale data center campus located approximately 50 miles southeast of Chicago. This is a site-based position supporting construction planning, scheduling, and site logistics across a large-scale 60-acre development. The successful candidate will help coordinate materials, equipment, rentals, subcontractor deliveries, and site activities, ensuring everything is scheduled appropriately and available when required. Data center experience is not required. We are primarily looking for candidates with a background in construction planning, project scheduling, logistics, or construction coordination. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of project schedules. Coordinate construction activities, deliveries, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Maintain daily and weekly schedules and project trackers. Coordinate inbound deliveries and site access requirements. Track materials, equipment, rentals, and subcontractor requirements. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Monitor progress against the project schedule and highlight potential delays. Identify scheduling conflicts and assist with developing solutions. Coordinate delivery dates, unloading requirements, and placement locations. Experience & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in construction planning, project scheduling, construction coordination, or a related field. Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects. Understanding of construction schedules, project timelines, and sequencing. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities simultaneously U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required. Data center experience is not required. Ideal Background Candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Project Scheduler | Construction Scheduler | Junior Scheduler | Construction Planner | Project Coordinator | Construction Coordinator | Planning Coordinator | Site Coordinator Experience in commercial construction, industrial construction, infrastructure, power, manufacturing, or other large-scale construction projects is welcomed.
