$95k - 100.5k per year + none

S_180074 Our client is the the worldwide leader in the rapid production of complex metal castings and machined parts for the Defense, Aerospace, Truck, and Power Generated Industries. This smaller but highly productive team is seeking the talents of a skilled Production Scheduler who is familiar with the inner workings of a Machine Shop. They will optimize production schedules across the plant to maximize operational efficiency. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment for high precision machined parts and assemblies. Goal is to achieve 100% Quality with 100% On-Time.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the master schedule to meet shipping dates according to customer demands. Expedite manufacturing operations. Reschedule operations that delay or alter schedules. Prepare Key Performance Reports weekly and monthly. Plan and schedule work flows for each machine. Monitor and adjust WIP and Capacity Utilization Reports. Understand and manage Lead-Times.
Qualifications:
Pro Shop - Proficiency Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning. Basic understanding of machine shop activity and machining. Strong organizational skills.
