Job Description

Required Education/Experience:
  • High School DiplomaRequired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations support, dispatch, project coordination, administrative support, or a related operational environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams, field personnel, contractors, and customers.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using work management, dispatch, CRM, or other operational systems.
  • Accurate data entry and database management skills.
  • Ability to navigate and update multiple customer and operational information systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry, system updates, and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Schedule field activities and coordinate with field employees and contractors.
  • Create and process permit requests and other operational documentation.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer and employee communications.
  • Support emergency response, pre-construction surveying, project management, and program monitoring activities.
  • Update customer and operational information across multiple systems.
  • Provide administrative support in office, field, or dispatch environments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational objectives.
  • Assist with dispatch operations, including emergency-related activities as needed.
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.
